Fellowship

Christian fellowship is one of the most valuable resources a church has to offer. Here, among like-minded brothers and sisters, you can find the friendship and support that makes our congregation a true family.
We invite you to share fellowship with us. We appreciate what makes you unique in the eyes of God, and welcome whatever experience, skills and talents you bring along.
Everyone needs a safe haven to escape to, fostering a connection with people who value your presence and involvement. Like any true fellowship, it involves mutual support, a caring ear, people you can count on, and people you can be there for.

Life is a journey. Why travel alone?

Volunteer Opportunities

Providence Intown Churches Association Food Pantry: We collect food as part of out offering on the 2nd Sunday of the month.

Seafarer Mission: One of our members is a regional Port Chaplain, providing hospitality and international outreach to the seafarers in port.

Ladies Humane Society: Founded October 9, 1832, during the cholera epidemic in Providence. It is the oldest such church-affliated society in the United States.

Afternoon Tea
Held on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m., in the parlor, with different blends of tea, brewed by our tea-obsessed pastor.

Christian Education

Adult Bible Study & Fellowship Group: Wednesdays (September—June) in the Chapel starting with Vespers at 6:00 p.m., and continues in the parlor. Pastor focuses on scriptural lessons.

Church School:
Sundays
, 10:30 a.m. This family centered program uses the ecumenical Whole People of God curriculum, which is designed specifically to keep children and adults together. Age-appropriate Scripture lessons match those read during adult worship. Classes held downstairs provide a common thread for intergenerational sharing, to be used at home during dinnertime, and throughout the week.
   Childcare for infants is provided.
